Discovering your Personal Psalm can open important doors to self-knowledge and spiritual connection. Much more than a curiosity, this psalm is directly connected to your essence, your Guardian Angel, and your current moment in life.
In my course “The Transformative Power of the Psalms”, I teach how to use this information to strengthen your faith, find guidance, and transform your reality in a tangible way.
But today, in this article, I want to share with you the first steps of this revealing journey, based on personal experiences and the teachings contained in the e-book that accompanies the course.
What is a Personal Psalm and why is it so special?
The Personal Psalm is the one that vibrates in harmony with your soul from birth.
It is linked to your birth date and is the same psalm corresponding to your Guardian Angel, according to the tradition of the Kabbalistic Geniuses. Each of the 72 angels has an associated psalm, and that psalm reveals qualities, challenges, and aspects of your spiritual path.
In my case, for example, I was born on June 27, and that’s why my Personal Psalm is 139. For many years, this psalm touched me deeply even though I didn’t know there was a connection.
The melody and words of this Psalm always spoke directly to my heart. When I finally discovered it was my Personal Psalm, everything made even more sense. It’s like finding a forgotten part of yourself.
This psalm becomes a tool for support, protection, guidance, and deep connection with the Divine. That’s why it’s special. It wasn’t chosen randomly, nor by luck. It already belongs to you.
How to discover your Personal Psalm?
The most accurate way to discover your Personal Psalm is through your birth date.
As I mentioned, there is a direct connection between the days of the year, Guardian Angels, and the psalms that represent their energy. Each person has a corresponding psalm, except for five specific dates when the choice must be made intuitively.
For example:
- Those born on February 14: Psalm 87;
- Born on April 1: Psalm 97;
- Born on June 27: Psalm 139;
- Born on September 18: Psalm 79;
- Born on December 8: Psalm 93.
These are just a few examples. The full method for discovering your Personal Psalm, with the complete table of dates and corresponding psalms, is available in the course and the e-book “The Transformative Power of the Psalms.”
For people born on May 31 and four other specific dates listed in the course and e-book, there is no fixed psalm.
These dates fall under the influence of the so-called “Geniuses of Humanity,” and those born on those days must freely choose, from a specific list, the psalm that most touches their heart. Careful and intuitive reading is the key to this choice.

What can your Personal Psalm reveal about you?
The Personal Psalm works like a mirror of the soul. It brings messages that reflect your inner challenges, your potential, and your life path.
It is a spiritual guide that clearly shows which virtues should be developed and which limitations need to be worked through.
By diving deeper into your psalm, you may discover:
- Aspects of your temperament;
- Strengths you need to develop;
- Lessons you must learn;
- Ways to connect more deeply with God.
This psalm can also bring peace and comfort during difficult times, strengthen your faith, open blocked paths, and illuminate important decisions.
By meditating regularly with your Personal Psalm, you begin to notice changes in your energy, your motivation, and even in the concrete outcomes of life.
It reveals who you are and who you can become.
How to use your Personal Psalm in daily life?
Discovering your Personal Psalm is only the first step. What matters most is integrating it into your routine. It can be recited daily, used during prayer, sung, meditated upon, or written with intention.
In the course, I teach a simple yet powerful structure to work with the psalms, which, briefly, consists of:
- Opening: a specific prayer that includes, among other things, your name, birth date, and clearly stated intention;
- Psalm recitation: spoken aloud, just like the opening and closing, with focus and intention. It can be read or sung;
- Closing: a specific prayer that includes, among other things, faith in the fulfillment of the request, gratitude, and a sealing phrase of power.
You can repeat the psalm for 3, 7, 21, or 49 days, depending on your purpose. You may write it on paper, using some specific materials I describe in the course, or simply recite it with an open heart. The important thing is that the practice is done with truth and faith.
If you feel the need, carry the psalm with you in an envelope, your purse, your car, or place it in a special spot at home. It will be your spiritual companion.

The Personal Psalm as a tool for connection with the Divine
More than words, the Personal Psalm encapsulates a specific vibrational frequency. When recited with intention, it becomes a direct channel to God, a bridge between your soul and the spiritual plane.
It is a way to pray deeply, to open yourself to mystery, and to fully trust in the Divine Presence.
The vibrational energy of the psalm, when spoken aloud, stirs your emotions, your body, your mind, and your spirit. It’s as if your whole being aligns with the flow of divine love.
And that alignment is what allows real transformation. Many people report feeling more peace, more confidence, greater clarity in decision-making, and more strength to face challenges after they begin using their Personal Psalm.
The living power of prayer: psalms are more than words
Many people still think prayer is just about repeating preset words, as if they were magic formulas. But, as I explain in this article about the power of the psalms and prayer, praying is much more than that.
Prayer is a movement of the soul, a heart’s impulse seeking connection with the sacred. When we pray a Psalm, especially our Personal Psalm, we’re activating this living power.
Prayer holds power because it engages our entire being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. When done with faith and clear intention, it aligns us with the Source, strengthens our trust, and helps us face challenges with greater serenity.
And it’s not about seeking instant answers. Often, the greatest answer is the inner transformation that occurs in the process.
The psalms, with their poetic and vibrational structure, have the power to channel deep emotions and open pathways to healing. That’s why, whenever you feel the need for guidance, support, or simply to express gratitude, return to the practice of prayer.
And if it’s with your Personal Psalm, even better.
Spirituality in practice: how the Psalms help us expand consciousness?
In an article already published here on the blog, where I talk about psalms and spirituality, I share a perspective that is also central to the course: spirituality is not something separate from daily life, but rather a way of living with more presence, awareness, and love. The Psalms, in this context, are powerful allies.
Each psalm carries a unique vibration. When you vibrate those words with faith and intention, you begin to tune into higher forces that raise your vibrational frequency and expand your field of perception.
It’s no exaggeration to say that the Psalms help us access deeper layers of our being, the places where faith, wisdom, forgiveness, and compassion dwell.
This spiritual practice is both simple and transformative. You don’t need elaborate rituals to feel its effects. All it takes is a few quiet minutes daily, a calm place, reciting your psalm with an open heart, and letting it work within you.
As you repeat this practice, you’ll notice subtle changes: more clarity in decisions, lighter relationships, and greater peace in your thoughts.
If your search is for more connection with the Divine, the Psalms are a safe bridge. And the course goes even deeper into this journey of spiritual reconnection.
