The OM Chanting Circle is a group practice that uses the power of the mantra OM to activate self-healing potential. OM Chanting transforms negative energy into positive ones, promotes the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the participants, and helps to purify the environment - reaching a radius of approximately 2 kilometers.
Resonating the mantra OM in a specially arranged group of people amplifies the healing process by aligning the vibration. Emotions are released, feelings of peace and love begin to flow, bringing more joy to life. It promotes health and facilitates progress in meditation practices. It helps to reestablish the natural balance of Mother Earth, and also the union between people and the world.
OM Chanting is an ancient group healing technique that was brought back to the present time by the Guru of Paramahamsa Vishwananda - Mahavatar Babaji.
Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda is the founding spiritual master of BHAKTI MARGA - the path of devotion. His life and work are dedicated to inspiring people to love beyond the boundaries of culture, religion, gender and age, and to open their hearts to the eternal Divine Love that permeates everything and all beings. The basis of Bhakti Marga is Pure Love - JUST LOVE. As love is beyond religion, the practices proposed by this devotional path are beneficial for everyone, regardless of personal beliefs or interest in following a spiritual master or not.
Sound and vibration are the essence of creation. OM is the primordial sound of creation and permeates the entire universe. It belongs to all humankind, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, or religion.
The OM Chanting Circle's meeting lasts about 1 hour, helps to restore balance in people and in the world, and anyone can participate. It is contraindicated only for people with a history of severe mental illness and/or who are on constant use of psychotropic drugs.
